CDS Permits, previously Creative Design Services, has been providing professional services to architects, business owners, restauranteurs, developers, and contractors since 1999. Coming from a professional architectural background, we approach each project with the problem solving skills required to address design related challenges with architects, contractors and owners in strategic and creative ways. 

The experience gained by working with the City of Los Angeles and other Southern California building and planning agencies provides valuable insight in dealing with construction permit challenges.
